Ingredients

  • 2,800g Chips
  • 250g Chefs Pass Louisiana Marinade
  • 800g Kerrymaid Mixed Grate
  • 300ml BBQ Sauce

Method

  1. Fry chips and season with chefs pass louisiana
  2. Place in a tray and scatter over Kerrymaid Mixed Grate
  3. Squeeze over BBQ sauce
